Onboarding and Offboarding Process

Establish the entry and exit of Employee lifecycle within the EClaims Group as it relates to accesses and assets provided to the Employee.

Scope

This Process applies to all personnel involved in the on-boarding and off-boarding activities of Employees.

Employee On-Boarding

Assets

  1. Prepare workstation (with our ‘agents’ installed and Encrypted) + accessories as requested.

  2. Add user and inventory to INVENTORY SYSTEM!!! to sign for.

  3. Send Google Workspace invitation.

Access

  1. Add user to EClaims workspace.

  2. User created with appropriate product email address in Google Admin.

  3. Add to Communication channel

  4. Add user to any EClaims products other as necessary.

  5. Add to other services, accesses and e-mails as required by position.

  6. Access card + any keys if relevant.

Employee Off-Boarding

Assets

  1. Collect workstation (and check for its integrity) + accessories.

  2. Check and suspend GSuit account.

  3. Suspend EClaims user

Access

  1. Report in communication channelwith the last workday date.

  2. Suspend all used email accounts in Google Admin.

  3. Suspend from other services, accesses and e-mails as required by position.

  4. Remove from communication channels.

  5. Collect access card, and any keys if appropriate.

Review and Update

This Process must be maintained in accordance with the Information Security Policy.
